I have gotten pssed everything in the snow world now I just need help gettin on up to the wooden platform by one of the cannon things the first place you climb the walls and there is one seagul bird thing flying around in that area .... HELP

You need to have 95 light gems. There is the door by the climbing walls, where you can pass when you have them. Only that way you get to the wooden platform.
