Click her and she will ask for a ring. Go to any local shop and look at their items and buy a wedding ring (not a fake - they won't except it) and give it to her.

After that she will ask for a house. Buy one located in that region and then she will live there.

To sleep with her you have to wait until night and talk to her a bit until she glows green again. Click her and she will ask to sleep with u.

Tsk tsk tsk... Ok. First, you'll need a lot of stuff like gold, gifts, ect. The one thing you REALLY need is a WEDDING RING. Please make sure it is a REAL wedding ring.

Give her gifts and things, flirt, and talk to her until the heart above her head is FLASHING.
Once it is big and flashing, her outline will turn GREEN. ^.^
Now, you can press the talk/interact button and you can marry her from there.
Also, the sex option is availible when you are with her in a house by a bed at night.
