in santa monica (one with the ferris wheel) to get to the tony alva guy you need to go to the dude and do a gap then get on th eroof, how u get on the roof part?

its very simple, if u look closely, there are rails on the edges of the buildings, when u start off, there will be a ranch behind you, so turn around and hit the ranch, then there's a rail above, quickly press triangle to grind onto the rail and keep balancing until u reach a curve after u do a turn...when u reach the curvy bit, jump off the rail and u'll land straight onto the rooftop

I need help, on the oil rig i need to grind the pipe valves in a combo. but i cannot seem to be able to get the power to get the second or third valve, help!!

I thaught this was the hardest part of the game but it would help if you put in a cheat moon gravity. it helped me alot.

This wasnt the hardest party in the game but u'll need to do this quite a few times. when u reach the first pipe, preform an ollie and do a 360, then grind and head towards the second pipe, then jump of it, keep doing the 360 turn and grind again, then u'll most likely reach the third pipe.
