when you enter a code the lady sighing means that you have done the code correctly you can now unlock whatever you asked for the guy talking means that something went wrong try again

to unlock the cheats you have to enter the code for the cheat gnome first which is L1 R1 UP X R2 if done correctly you will hear a women sighing. You do not have to pause or enter them quickly or any other such rubbish. when you have done the code for the cheat gnome THEN you can enter the other codes you want. when you have entered the codes go to the front of the house and you will see the gnome which looks nothing like a gnome actually but it has a diamond above it. go to it, click on it and it will let you get the cheat(s) that you asked for.
