Union Cave is between Routes 32 and 33 (The ones joining Violet City to Azeala Town). You should be able to use your Town Map on the Pokégear to find it.

To get the Legendary Dogs, you must first release them from the basement in Burned Tower, located in Ecruteak City. Bring a Rock Smash Pokémon with you. Break the rocks on the first floor of Burned Tower, and then drop down. Run up to the center, and three dogs should sprint away, off the sides of the screen.

After releasing them, you encounter the dogs randomly throughout your journeys in Johto. Usually, you arent prepared to catch them when they first meet you. Just attack them with a weak attack, and they'll run away imediately. Now, take out your Pokédex and look up the dog you just ran into. Click on "nest". This will now track the location of the dog. Fly to the nearest city, and go look up the dog's "nest" again. You'll find it has moved. To catch it, bring about 10 max repels, and a Parasect level 40 (that knows Spore) and give it Quick Claw. You'll also need a Mean Look (or Spider Web), a Confuse Ray (or other confusion-inducing attack), Thunder Wave (or other paralyzing attack), a Disable, and a ton of Ultra Balls.

Repeatedly fly to the same city until the dog's "nest" is near where you are. Use a max repel and walk in the grasses of the dog's "nest". Periodically check your Pokédex to make sure the dog hasn't moved. When you encounter the dog, first use Spore and hope you attack first. If you do, immediately swith to a Pokémon (I used my trusty Gengar) that Confuse Rays and Mean Looks it. Next (I used a Hypno) paralyze the dog. It should try to use Roar to run away. Hopefully, the confusion and paralysis will make the attack fail. Then use Disable to disable the dog's roar. Now the dog can't run away. Put it back to sleep, and begin to wear it down with normal attacks. Finally, right before you start chucking balls at it, inflict as many non-harmful pseudo-status conditions as possible. These include confusion, attract, trapping, spiking, etc. Also paralyze it or sleep it. Then start chucking Ultra Balls, since Fast Balls don't actually work as well. You should be able to catch it after at least 10 balls.

You can bypass all of these with a Master Ball, of course. But you might want to save that for the level 70 legendary bird you encounter later.....

in cianwood city in the gym you have to push past boulders but whenever i push past them i always get stuck and the entrance to the gym leader gets blocked. i would be very grateful if you could help me

hi i need help for the pokemon silver game i need help with the radio tower what do i do because he wont let me in and when i go underground that door is locked please help

You're supposed to get the key from the Rocket leader guy in the Radio Tower.

u must go to the water there and surf up and there will be a patch of grass there and he can be found in daylight and night time but mostly day time

ok here is the order to push them so u can get past...

left one push up, right one push up, and then the middle one just push either left or right and u should be able to get by
