yes it does it has pretty much everyone exept for Uub, Omega shenron, Pikkon, and supreme kai. (and more i can't think of right now)
I just did! and yes it is a Z item fusion, dragon power+miracle= master skills. Read my post more clearly i've already posted it.
talksick you either didn't read my post or you're lying once again like you did about omega shenron, why wouldn't you just say who character x was then? I know every single character in the game and there is no charcter x, they might have counted master skills as a character though.

Character x isn't a character. It's more of a capsule to use on a character.
I will post later on how to get it.
omega shenron is MAD hard to beat in the secreat z battle gate. But when i beat him i didn't unlock him, that sucks.
