Explain exactly how to get uub.

Uub
-In gokus DU on the second(or any time after) time through when you fight Kid Buu you must use the Super Spirit Bomb technique and win. To use the technique all you have to do is use Goku's ultimate when you are either in normal or kaioken state. You must have Ssj equiped tho for it to work because when you win the attack Goku will automatically turn Ssj and unleash a huge ki blast onto the Spirit Bomb.
If you do it succesfully then there will be a continuation of DU. All you have to do now is fight Uub at the tourniment to get his capsule.
You can also go to the ??? to the right of the red dot on one of the little islands before you fight Uub to get Ssj4 Goku capsule

Hey, im kind of a newbie to this game, i wanted to get started though, how do you beat Frieza the first time? i'm having a very hard time doing that, also how do i become a saiya-jin?
