Hello, i have a problem with this trainer beacuse when ever i try to start iy , it starts the traine

Problem with the trainer

Hello, i have a problem with this trainer beacuse when ever i try to start iy , it starts the trainer but then exists the menu, it's not showing the menu at all, it just exist. PLS HELP !!!
