Use the Infinite $ cheat, win the first Small Blind, then just reroll until you get Bull and/or Bootstraps. Either on their own will get you to the YOU WIN! screen.
Together along with a good xMult combo (I like Pareidolia + Midas Mask + Vampire) it can get you through Ante 16.
Flash Card can be useful too, as you can essentially get infinite rerolls.
