Star Trek: Infinite Message Board  

I have been trying for three days now, reading multiple posts online and going into the game files. I can't figure out how to add structures and resources to planets. I have been successful in adding minerals and energy to plants with the effect add_deposit =d_energy_7 command but can't get lithium and others to work?? I think it has to do with habital planets v. non-habital planets requiring orbital resources, I think. Has anyone figured this complex mystery out? Structures, resources and instant colonization console commands, I'm pleading for help! instant_colony command does not work, Colonize with population ID works but still have to wait for the colonization process.
