I wonder if ESET is like Webroot which STILL blocks/crashes Aurora even when both disabled and with exclusions. The only fix is to uninstall. I don't have a lot of experience with ESET so I cannot say for sure. If it's not a big ordeal you might uninstall it, reboot and then disable Defender, especially real-time protection.
Another possibility is that since your last log entry is "loaded settings" maybe that is what is corrupted. Please either RENAME or DELETE the folder at c:\users\[username]\appdata\roaming\cheat happens\aurora
That is where all of the Aurora settings live and maybe you have a conflict. Aurora will recreate this folder with default settings if not there.
If neither of those solutions fix it then we are likely going to have to do an AnyDesk remote control session with you so that I can poke around and see what might be really going on. This will be up to you and will need to be pre-scheduled.
I will uninstall Eset tomorrow and let you know.
I had already deleted the Aurora folder from the address ".../appdata/roaming/... before and after reinstalling it but that didn't work.
As for the idea of using AnyDesk or other software to remotely access my PC, we'll forget about it.

Copy that.... just know that we are pretty much out of ideas if ESET isn't playing a part as we just don't know enough about your setup and config. Just the other day had an identical issue and after 2 hours on AnyDesk I found out he installed Windows Defender for Business on his PC which included server software for managing it and it was causing all kinds of issues with Aurora. Never seen that before. Yours could be some rare case too. Luckily we got him resolved and I learned something new.

Hi!
I uninstalled Eset and still the same problem.
Regarding AnyDesk, we always forget.
What I'm going to do is put Aurora aside for the moment because I'm considering formatting my PC to put Win11 before the end of the year, hoping that in the process it will solve my problem.
If it still persists, I'll come back to my topic.

I'd be willing to bet that is DOES fix the issue UNLESS it is being caused by some third party software or driver we can't identify without a remote session. Please just let us know how it goes, thx.

Hi!
Aurora has been working since I reinstalled Win10 (my adventure under Win11 was brief because of Blue Screen).
At least I know the cause of the problem didn't come from Eset but now we'll never know
