FINAL UPDATE:
After an unfortunate setback with the FLU during my recovery, I have continued to recover well and quickly to where I feel pretty much around 90%. I'm still having some issues with sleep or that would be 100%. I'll get it figured out. My circadian rhythm is just a little mixed up at the moment but it will work itself out.
I have to say that the outpouring of support in this thread and also via email, PM, etc has been nothing short of life-changing for me. You guys, along with my wife and daughter, literally saved my life by giving me the strength to continue fighting what seemed like an un-winnable battle at the time. I cannot thank you enough but know it is absolutely something I will never forget or ever take for granted for as long as I am lucky enough to continue owning and being a part of this incredible community.
