Using the steam version. I get it to change the brick bucks value and exit the game but when I restart the game it goes back to the old value. Changing the value and going into the store crashes the game. I also tried changing the value, earning a brick bucks through the game, then exiting, still lost the new value. Boosting/no opponent boost crashes every single race.

ok, so release a trainer. I will wait. Or use one of the other trainers out there, since it's so simple to work with this game, there must be dozens of them. Wait, no other trainers? So strange..

I want to know what I'm doing wrong and how other people got it to work lol I'm surprised ANYone got it work.

The money value is not your current money, it's the money you earned in session, follow these steps:

1 - before enable trainer: in open world, get any money in free roam
2 - click "Activate Trainer" in Aurora
3 - the money you just got will show in Editor (Aurora)
4 - edit to the value you wish. This value will be added to your current profile money
5 - again, in open world, get 2 money in free roam (money will be updated)
6 - finish any event (not the gate ones, because it will crash while trainer is on)
7 - press start, quit game (game will crash and money will be saved)
8 - reopen game. Done.

OMG OMG OMG OMG I could kiss you. Had to do it a couple of times but it finally gave it to me. Bought some, now to get some more. You are a rockstar.

I'm still hoping more cheats will come that will help make the game easier but this is just fantastic.

First of all, thank you Aurora guys for making this.. even though it is finnicky and makes the game crash on every corner, the money editor does work!! Wouldn't have given 2K a nickel more anyway after buying the game, but this alone is worth thousands in corp greed, and all BS decisions aside, the open world and driving in Lego Drive is quite fun/relaxing.

Two posts above user wormmayhem has good description on how to make it work (thank you too!). On the launch week I managed to somehow get it working and give myself enough money to buy out everything, but couldn't figure out the exact steps I took, so this was helpful to get a hefty refill to future-proof myself from the grind. Past few shop refreshes its around 100k per week, and from my ~5 hours played experience, you would have to play this game like its a job to come anywhere close to that.. not to forget there's about ~1 Mil worth of stuff already at the money-monkey store waiting, so yeah.. check the prices, do the math.. its disgusting.

Hopefully people can take advantage of this, before it gets 'patched out' or something and if this trrainer won't be updated. Anyways, thanks again for the trainer and instructions guys!

I got race flags and money to work but I can't figure out on getting xp to work even following the earn xp, edit, earn xp, quit steps, I can't figure out what level to put it on, how to m ake it change.

I did notice when I buy from the shop some cars it gives them to me but lets me buy them over and over again.

About the shop bug, just ignore it, it happens after you buy many items and only while you're buying (the next time you open the shop will be fixed). If you already bought, don't need to buy again. If you can't memorize what items you already bought, just reserve some time to buy all them once
