Instead of everyone saying "the same" and "here also". Someone should post a save as Caliber requested.
He doesn't get it on this end so needs a save and where to put said save.

Also same issue, always noon option bricks progression where NPCs in town are stuck in the state where nothing is going on. For example fish trader is always locked behind his barred door. Nets stop catching crabs. Lights on the ship do not toggle.

Came here to just post that. Looks like I'm not the only one experiencing this. NPCs talk while the option is off, but not sure if there is progression to be made with them and whether I am getting that progression or not. As for lights, nets and barred door, having same issues.

So I accidentally did this, but it seems to correct itself if you let the days pass on, around day 10 I had access to my abilities again.

I used the always noon feature and now I can't sell fish or use my telescope, I'm having the same problem as you guys, this feature has completely ruined my progress so far😥

That is why we are going to remove it from the trainer.

So with some digging with Cosmos, it seems that there are 2 values that have the tick count of time passed on the in game clock. There is also one that tracks boat movement separate from the in game clock, so check it right before you dock and after to make sure you are getting the correct value.

When you use an ability, or anything that has an animation, a cool down is set in the future for the internal tick clock to allow you to do it again. When you used the Noon Cheat, it set the game clock to Noon on Day 1 which is obviously in the past.

You can change these 2 values to sometime in the future, and update the game clock and it will fix the cool downs, but it appears to corrupt your game save and the game never loads. I changed it a bunch of different days, and it would fix the cool downs since that was after i used the noon cheat, but it always broke the loading of the save game, after i closed and re-opened the game. The locations change every time the game loads, but the values seem consistent

I am not super great with Cosmos so I am not sure if I am messing with the wrong values or if it is some kind of weird cheat detection, but I wanted to check anyway to see if it was an easy fix, and post my findings.

I also had a look in the save file, to see if I could figure out where the game is saving the cool down values, but I don't understand anything about the save file format.

Just curious, were you able to regain the ability to drop crab traps as well? So far I've been unable to get those, but I can still use the haste and manifest abilities fine. I didn't try the others yet.
