Now I'm getting the "re4.exe Fatal D3D error (25)" appear a very short while after entering the game and appearing at random times while playing. It forces me to close the game. I'm not sure what else to do to stop this. I've got ray tracing disabled too. Anyone with any fixes for this issue ?
That's a known issue with the game's Ray Tracing Feature, Subsurface Scattering and Hair Strands can also cause it. Keep them all off.
What DID NOT work:
- The trainer and placing only the dinput8.dll file...
- Placing all contents of the zip folder into the game install directory. The game did not start and I could not even shut down the game. I had to restart the PC.
What DID WORK:
- Placing only two files into the game directory: dinput8.dll and openxr_loader.dll
You still need to download the zip file from github. The game started and did not crash, and the trainer worked as well.
Hope it helps... it helped me....
Also... great work guys! You are the best! You probably know that already too
Tried your tip, didn't work for me. Game crashes every time. Ooh well. Will wait patiently for now. Pretty lame of Capcom to put in anti-cheat on what is exclusively an offline single player only game, but it is what it is I guess.
Same here. I didn't restart though..perhaps I should try that....

Same. Game loads, trainer activates but then game freezes and crashes. I tried excluding both Aurora folder and steam folder from ESET detection, no dice, guess I'll wait it out. Tried activating trainer at main menu and in game, same result

Goddamn I love this place.
What exactly does the Item: Unlimited Durability do? It's not mentioned in this thread or in the trainer's Read Me.
I think it's mainly for the bulletproof vest if I'm correct.
