Can this be used in steam deck via Aurora?
Yes, it should be able to if you can get the DLL part done using Steam Deck.
What exactly does the Item: Unlimited Durability do? It's not mentioned in this thread or in the trainer's Read Me.
I think it's mainly for the bulletproof vest if I'm correct.

I can also confirm that it doesn't seem to be working correctly. Currently, my play time is 4:46:29. When I activated it, it sets it back to 4:46:19. I did notice that when I disable it, let it tick over a few more seconds, and then enable it again, it sets the time back to 4:46:19.
I'll test it out again to see if it resets it to that current time (for me) after playing for a few more minutes.
Update: I played for a few more minutes and enabled the cheat again. Sure enough, it sets it back to 4:46:19. However, I forgot to disable it when I finished Chapter 3 and went into Chapter 4; the time now sets itself to 999:59:59. 😦

Same here, timer just gets set to 999:59:59
Ill take a look at it. This game doesn't allow share saves so that kinda sucks
