Same thing happening to me as well, thought I was going mad! 🤡

I've just made a new save so have nothing to send but when it does I'll ping it over to Cal unless its been patched/fixed/discussed by that point. 🙂

Might be appid that is wrong and launching the "wrong" game. What is the current one standing in trainer settings on Aurora?

Cool. What is it?
Oxygen? You got killed quick? No Reload isn't working?

Any instructions?

So far I have no savegames, and no savegames with any sort of instruction to them as to what it is, what is broke in it, what to do to repeat it, and how to use it.

Also note I have not and probably NOT going to start over in IMPOSSIBLE MODE to try and get an hour into the game where you MIGHT get one shotted by something, MAYBE, etc. So that would need save game and instructions as well.

I cannot replicate this. My guess is that people have run the wrong game with aurora and tried the trainer with THAT game first, only to have Aurora "remember" that title.

Clear the GAME PATH in SETTINGS, then run the game, WAIT for Aurora to tell you GAME RUNNING, then ACTIVATE and Aurora will remember the correct game. If you have both games installed, it should still work, but who knows. This is what your GAME PATH should have, or similar:

I tried using the unlimited ammo but it wouldn't work with anything besides the plasma cutter. I tried moving around the order of my weapons with no luck. Regardless its crazy to see a trainer for such a new game, I am gonna love messing around in NG+ with this.

Manually launching the correct game then activating trainer at the main menu.

@cal Should have a save to send tonight, I'll make sure to add instructions/details too.

I uploaded that so you'd have practically everywhere unlocked to mess with oxygen and the like. Everything works for me now with the addition of the second reload option. As I don't mess with infinite health/super health/health edits or super damage I can't issue complaints in that department if people are suffering from it. Note that the options I used have worked in medium, hard, and impossible difficulties.

Save file attached, instant death seems to happen after navigating through the room and taking some form of damage from enemies, usually by the time you reach the other end to inject the wheezer you start to suffer the one-hit-kills.
Done with options 1-5 and 7 enabled, happened 7/10 times in the room. Intermittently seems to be effected by environmental damage too. Had some attempts where the lightning does 0 damage but stuns, others where Isaac pops like an unfortunate flesh balloon.
