Save file attached, instant death seems to happen after navigating through the room and taking some form of damage from enemies, usually by the time you reach the other end to inject the wheezer you start to suffer the one-hit-kills.
Done with options 1-5 and 7 enabled, happened 7/10 times in the room. Intermittently seems to be effected by environmental damage too. Had some attempts where the lightning does 0 damage but stuns, others where Isaac pops like an unfortunate flesh balloon.

Why does it keep saying its a trainer for STEAM not EA PLAY? even on Aurora it shows Steam Logo only.

It supports Origin aka EA Play. That is what it says here on the website and within Aurora, except on the trainer page within Aurora. That's because Caliber would have to make a new trainer version only to change that.
Is that the only trainer you have issues with? Please check if there is an Assembler.dll in the Aurora folder.

obfuscate failing to compile has nothing to do with my work. That would be an Aurora install issue or something else
