the trainer works very well, but whenever a cutcene comes in, Peter doesn't change clothes, I have to turn it off and restart from the last saved point, because Peter either keeps his uniform or is invisible in the cutcene
Turn off the easy unlock option in the trainer before the cutscene.
As posted above, the freeze timer stops the clock on screen but doesn't actually stop the challenge timer. The easy challenges option appears to do nothing. I tested it in challenges and it did nothing. I turn it on before starting, after starting and at the end of the challenge when it shows the score, but it didn't change anything.
Confirming I am experiencing the same issue as well.
Thanks for the new options, I tested the freeze challenge timer on the bomb diffusing challenges, the clock does freeze, but it is artificial. In reality the timer never really stopped counting down and the 3rd bomb went off before I had a chance to web it and throw it. I did use the inventory editor to give myself plenty of challenge points, but I would like to clear the map of the icons. This is the point where I gave up on the PS4 version. I want to 100% the story myself w/o having to download save files. Now that is really cheating people out of a good story. Y'all are trying to help us enjoy it. That is why I love Cheat Happens.

Can you post your save somewhere for me to download so I can test your specific mission?
Where are saves stored?
I need assistance, otherwise won't be able to check specific challenges.
