Can you post your save somewhere for me to download so I can test your specific mission?
Where are saves stored?
I need assistance, otherwise won't be able to check specific challenges.

Saves are stored in C:\Users\UserName\Documents\Marvel's Spider-Man Remastered\*********** (random numbers here)
Same experience - easy challenges doesn't appear to do anything, and mission timer doesn't seem to actually freeze in drone hunt - whenever the drone reaches the endpoint, the timer would just go to 9 seconds, no matter how much time it was showing before, so achieving 3 stars becomes impossible. Just checked, and it's the same in bomb challenge - the timer appears to be stopped, but after you collect a bomb it updates and actually going down normally.

Does the Challenge Score option not work for dlc? Trying to do Speedball stuff for part two of hammerhead dlc and it refuses to change the score. Just goes back to what it was and doesn't climb. If I use the lock it just crashes the game.
The freeze timers work, that's all you really need on most of the challenges. The change score works on the stealth challenges in the DLC but it does crash the game when you use it on the gadget challenge in Turf Wars DLC. The way I got the change score to work on the stealth challenges was, I started it got a score started normally, then paused the game switched to trainer, changed the score then locked that score in pressed enter, tabbed back in the game and when I resumed the game the score changed to what I locked it to. That doesn't work on the Gadget Challenge though, it crashes the game if you change the score in any way.
the trainer works very well, but whenever a cutcene comes in, Peter doesn't change clothes, I have to turn it off and restart from the last saved point, because Peter either keeps his uniform or is invisible in the cutcene
I had that happen. Normally, what I would do is to switch to something that I already unlocked, then back to that one. It normally works.
On a completely unrelated note to the quote, does anybody controller been acting up? When I'm swinging on the web, sometime, Spider-Man would act like I press "O" or "X" and be zip-lining instead of releasing and swinging. Is that normal or is it just me?

Challenge token editing doesn't seem to be working, editing via the editor reverts the value to "??". I was able to get around it with the easy suit and upgrades crafting however.

You have to have at least ONE. The game cannot read the values if there wasn't an instance of the challenge token created.
