    Hi all,

Having issues logging into Aurora. Recently moved house, switched ISP and started using my computer with a wired connection. Have tried turing off firewalls etc etc, and not running a VPN from my gaming system.
I get the error 'Server is unavailable and no valid offline key was found'.
    the log file shows:
    "
7:45 PM: Checking for Aurora update has failed because of: No such host is known. (www.cheathappens.com:443)
7:45 PM: Failed to contact CH server, exception: No such host is known. (www.cheathappensnext.com:443)
    "

Also all manual trainers from older games no longer open. The splash screen pops up and then auto closes. Haven't changed any system settings and they use to work fine before the move.
Any suggestions? also I'm computer illiterate.

It's very odd indeed. It's quite possible that your ISP (Internet Provider) is blocking our site or certain ports. You might can open a command prompt as Administrator and then run ipconfig /flushdns and see if that help. Next, maybe delete your entire Aurora folder plus settings folder at c:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Roaming\Cheat Happens\Aurora then re-download a fresh copy and see if that helps.

Unfortunately no go. Error pops up without even logging in.
Log file has the same error message. When trying to log in as a guest I get 'Network connectivity or DNS failure'
Any suggestions to fix this, or where to start?

I would start with any or all security or privacy software you have on your PC and disabling it to see if it makes a difference. Next, try a VPN and see if it works that way. if so, then you know something on your local network/ISP is blocking you.

"No such host is known" means the OS fails to determine the IP address of the URL. That means its a DNS problem. If you are using a VPN like NordVPN they have specific DNS filter lists, that could be one of the reasons. Otherwise you can try running the command "ipconfig /flushdns" without quotes. Or if you know how to, you can try changing the DNS server in your router to for example google DNS.

Thank you so much for the help!!!
Changing the wired adapters IPv4 to google DNS worked. 😇
