Aurora doesn't always help with trainers not available to be launched through Aurora. The DRM on the trainers for people that have paid is bad, but then waiting up to 25 seconds just for it to compress, add drm, and download is just a swift kick to the balls to paying customers.

Is there any plan to implement trainers into Aurora and launch them through that for older installers?

1. Open Aurora
2. Search For trainer
3. Trainer only for old style download
4. Opens browser to download file
5. Tick box agree to download what I paid for? Why do I have to do this every time?
6. Wait up to 25 seconds for download to DRM up and compress.
7. Download
8. Move/extract rar to preferred destination
9. Launch trainer.

Proposal/solution: offline or not streamlined trainers could/should be downloaded through Aurora, into a specified folder and extracted, and able to launch/manage through aurora.

Enjoy the trainers but for what I paid for lifetime subscription, the drm. Think I've only used maybe 20 trainers. Buyers remorse day 1

Why do I need to tick a box every time I download a trainer!?!? Like, agree once and make it universal. Surely it was agreed upon when I paid that I agree to the terms.

The trainers you speak about are only OLDER trainers. Most of the trainers are Aurora compatible. We are getting this question once per week and always giving the same answer. Here is the short version:

- You have to tick that box because you are getting personalized content and if you share it and we ban you, you cannot tell "Oh wait, sorry. I didn't know. Nobody told me". By ticking the box we have a verification that you are aware of it.
- The customization process is a VEEERY COMPLEX process. It was written years before Aurora was even in our mind. There are technical reasons why you are getting redirected to the website and why Aurora cannot download it. The biggest reason is that it would require us to add a web browser engine, like Chromium to Aurora. That alone is about ~100mb. For each Aurora download including updates. Just to skip the browser redirection.
- Even though we could add it as we have done it with the trainer manager v2. Because its such an old and complex process, it does not work reliably.
- Old trainers are old and the older they get, the less they are used. We cannot spend resources on something that fewer and fewer people are going to use.

It might sound that easy for you to add it to Aurora but it's not. It's complex and bloats up Aurora. We decided that, for these old trainers, it is fair to expect the user to downlaod it from the website. And Aurora even gives you the direct link (if you are logged in in your browser) so half the way is already done.

I understand that for users only playing older games this can be frustrating somehow but we also cannot satisfy everyone. We have to keep the balance and fell decisions that give the best for the most.

Hey thanks for replying. In no way am I trying to be rude or upset anyone, just stating what's is anything but a smooth process to accessing old trainers. The content we pay for.....

Call of Duty WW2 released in 2017. I get that might be considered old but considering the vast back catalog of games/trainers vs the new amount, is it of no priority, not possible, or just not worth the devs time to make the old trainers compatible or ghetto compatible with Aurora.

Surely you can see the process mentioned above is cumbersome and just awful and some improvements to the process should be of some concern/priority, yeah? It's almost what you would expect of the hoops to jump through if someine was pirating the trainers, not paying for the service.
Perhaps a triple agreement, warning warning warning, and not have to tick a box every time you want to download a trainer. Even that would only resolves a 10th of the tedious process.

No offense @FloppyABC but this "tedious process" has kept us the #1 trainer site/producer in the world for over 20 years. Yes, we have had to add a step or two for security, DRM, privacy rules, etc but basically it's the same process. The only difference is that you don't HAVE to start in Aurora. Start on the site. If the trainer is Aurora compatible there is a "USE WITH AURORA" button that opens Aurora right up and to the trainer, if not then there is the download button, the same download button that has been there for MANY, MANY years. While you want to shave 10 secs off your day, we want to save our product from being pirated all over the world and sending us out of business. At the end of the day, if you are not happy with your purchase, email me your paid receipt, I will give you your money back, close your account, shut down all your trainers and then you can go and hopefully find a site that has more trainers and a less tedious process than us. PS -- With Aurora, we are TRYING to build a better experience, but it takes time to convert 28,000+ trainers to a whole new platform, by hand, one by one, by one or two people. There is no magic transition button as Aurora was never even a blip in our minds back in 2017 when your "new" trainers were made.

I did like the Assassins Creed Valhalla trainer you guys released ages back and was able to try it in the streamlined Aurora recently and that was a big improvement imho.

I know of no other trainer providers, I just remember people speaking highly of this place for SP cheats and have no interest in multiplayer cheats. The trainers are great, it's just the process in an ideal world could be a lot more streamlined but unfortunately that seems to not be easy/smooth process as another dev pointed out and doesn't seem to be incoming update. I get how you need to prevent piracy from ruining your business was just hoping Aurora would bring with it the AIO it's marketed as and maybe allow to at least point to a directory of old style trainers from CheatHappens and launch them/manage them from there.

Aurora is exactly what it was marketed as, but with a 20 year backlog of 28,000+ trainers, it wasn't something that was going to happen overnight. We made that clear early on. We started producing Aurora-compatible trainers almost a year ago as we looked forward to an AIO product down the line. But should we have waited another year or two until we had converted said 28,000+ trainers over before releasing it while people that play games made in the last 1-3 years could immediately benefit? Didn't make sense to us. We are moving as fast as humanly possible and at the end of the day you spend 1000X more time waiting in line at Starbucks than you do waiting for one of our trainers to be customized and for you to click a couple of buttons. I honestly don't even see why this is such a QoL issue? Why now? Why 20 years later? Because we have demonstrated the future of our site with Aurora and how efficient the process could be? I mean, there are tons of other things out there that are being improved upon and upgraded every day, does that instantly make the previous versions less useful than when you bought it?

Anyways, no point in rambling on or more back and forth. Like I said, we're doing our best with what we have. We produce a ton more content than anyone else, support games longer and make trainers for games that most people have never even heard of. Because we believe that CONTENT is more important than saving on a couple of mouse clicks.
