How do I fix this?
Are there any special instructions that need to be followed? Are you running Aurora as admin? not doing that can cause issues for a lot of trainers. Did you extract Aurora as opposed to just running it? Have you reinstalled/verified the game files?
I would like you to add back Infinite Health and my family needs me to step away occasionally and tis isn't the kind of game where thats safe to do so. I end up dead any time I need to step away for a second and findinf a safe space is not a thing in this style of game.
You could also use the NPC disabled command and you shouldn't be in danger

You could use 'Edit: PlayersInvulnerabilityEnabled' instead.
Had to reset my world due to "AllProgressionUnlocked" ...it would not register me killing anymore Vbloods and could not progress through the game. I would suggest removing this option as it seems to be bugged.
