I am having the same issue with dual monitor setup. I will see the login, the load logo, and after Aurora will load off-screen. The taskbar will show it's activity, task manager will confirm it's running.
Appreciate the tip with Shift + Winkey + Left arrow. I was using Shift + Left arrow/Right arrow with no luck. 🙂
Setup: OS Name Microsoft Windows 11 Home Version Version 10.0.22000 Build 22000 AMD Ryzen 9 5900X AMD Radeon RX6800XT
DPI was also set to 200%, Windows recommend 300%. It is now set to 300%.

@Marksmann1977:
1. On which of your monitors was the Aurora main window when you closed it? 2. In which state was the window (Maximized, Minimized, Normal)? 3. Is the DPI on both screens the same? 4. Can you post the same values of the JSON files like @daninthemix? You can find the file by opening settings -> misc -> locate settings file. Open it with a text editor and search for "MainWindowHeight" 5. If you set DPI to 100%, is the problem solved then?

Just to confirm, if I set display scaling to 100%, then Aurora does appear (on monitor 1) when launched.
So certainly that is (at least part of) the issue.
Of course my computer is utterly unusable without display scaling, so I'll stick to the Shift+Win+Left trick.

1. On which of your monitors was the Aurora main window when you closed it? 2. In which state was the window (Maximized, Minimized, Normal)? -The 2nd Monitor (LC27T55 - 1920x1080). I normally drag the window to the left edge of the screen so it will resize itself to 1/2 of the left side of the monitor. This is where the program was closed at.
3. Is the DPI on both screens the same? -No. My main screen currently set back to 200%. 2nd screen set to 100%.
4. Can you post the same values of the JSON files like @daninthemix? You can find the file by opening settings -> misc -> locate settings file. Open it with a text editor and search for "MainWindowHeight" "MainWindowHeight": 1080, "MainWindowTop": 0, "MainWindowLeft": 3840,
5. If you set DPI to 100%, is the problem solved then? -This does not help. The window remains hidden off-screen.
Additional behavior: If I close this application on the main screen, it will reload on the main screen with no issues. If I close the application on 2nd monitor, the program will load after login, briefly for a micro second appear on it's set location of the 2nd screen and disappear off-screen.

I'm confused. One person says setting DPI to 100% fixes it and the other says it doesn't fixes it. @Marksmann1977: Have you set DPI to 100% on BOTH monitors? Also when testing this you need to set DPI to 100% first. Open Aurora, close it and reopen it.

My 2nd monitor, the one Aurora runs on is set to 100% dpi. It was always set there, it has never been moved.
My Primary Monitor has a greater range of pixels no doubt, this one normally is set at 200%. Changing this will not solve anything because the program is run and anchored to the 2nd monitor.
Hope this clears that up.

I just wanted to add in final to anyone else that has this issue can use the min/max window feature in the top right corner in Windows 11 to bring the missing or any off-screen window into focus instantly.
Mouse over the min/max window feature. Choose one of the preset monitor divisions (etc 1/2,1/2 or 1/3,1/3,1/3) and it will offer to pop the missing off-screen window right into place.
