That's so damn weird. Guess i deserve the RC penalty. I asked for updates so many times in all the years and always deactivate security stuff(even though it's never the issue), restart PC etc. But in this instance i can't get it to inject so assumed it's like this for everybody after the patch. The weaken enemies & win auto resolve didn't work for months, but everything else worked. But since 4.0.6 activating trainer loads forever. No mods either i can show screenshots.

Since the 4.0.7 hotfix today, a few options did stop working for me too. I submitted what I could find out about it too, so you don't seem to be alone in this.

I have experienced the same since yesterday (3. nov): The editor cannot locate the population for any city. I tried with both High Elfs and Arkhan the Black,
They literally rolled out 4.0.7 not 2 hours after we posted 4.0.6 trainer
