Can´t start Aurora on Aurora Bug Reports Discussion Message Board - Page 1

Version of Aurora: 1.0,0
Subject In short: Server is unavailable and no valid offline key present

Full Details:

I have run Aurora with administrator rights, and I have downloaded an offline key using the CH_requestkey using administrator rights. All files are in the same folder and when Aurora starts, I only get a message that "Server is unavailable and no valid offline key was found" when I enter my username or password, I am not allowed to click LOGIN. I am running the most current version of windows 10 and I have a hardwired internet connection of 910Mbps. My Norton Antivirus is set to exclude the folder Aurora is in. Is this a glitch or am I wrong?

you need to request an offline key in the settings of the app

Click Avatar top right,
offline key,
check box,
scroll down,
request offline key

It's function isn't implemented fully yet (IE not in Beta)

Your saying you can't login to the AIO at all? (while online)

Sounds like your firewall is blocking Aurora from doing its online authenticity check.
