options 1, 3, 4 work
'free build' and 'unlock all tech' options available in-game
0.9002 & 0.9003 are development branch updates and are only available if you opt into that branch. The public branch has not yet been updated, and is still on 0.8010.
So if you are having issues with the trainer that's more than likely due you being on a developmental version, and not a publicly released version of the latest update.

i know 0.9003 is an op-in Dev branch version

no request for updating the trainer has been made at this time
At the time I posted my comment, there had been 3 update requests posted. That unfortunately suggests that people are ignoring the fact that they are playing on the development branch and expecting the trainer to be updated and usable. Other posts had also been made advising that the trainer was not working on these versions as well, intimating that they were expecting the trainer to be updated somehow (despite the site policy about requesting updates/not producing a trainer for beta/test versions etc).
My comment was to point out the fact that they were using the development branch, therefore no new trainer would have been made until development was integrated with the main branch. I believe they have suggested later this month for the Volcano Update!
What has happened to planet crafter trainer v0.9.012 i was using
Please use the update notification system to report a game patch, update or to report that the trainer may not be working with the latest version of the game. If 3 or more reports have been filed, consider BOOSTING the priority of this title for a faster turnaround on the updated trainer.
