We have multiple open tickets with our firewall and webhost providers. It appears to be geo-based (mostly in Texas, USA or surrounding areas) so using a VPN for like Europe will likely allow you to download again until this issue is resolved. Right now it looks like some sort of routing issue either in Texas or the vicinity either with the Internet backbone or between our firewall host at Akamai and our webhost. Our sincerest apologies. More updates in this thread as we have them.

Follow-up:

I just heard back from our webhost and our firewall was not configured 100% correctly for a couple of Akamai IP ranges which could be the root cause of the problem. But we are not ruling out the possibility of an overall networking issue in the Texas area. I spoke with a couple of people in Texas that have lost various connections today to things like their Ring cameras or Smart appliances, etc. But please do let us know if the problem is better, worse or the same if you were having issues earlier today. I just tested and I am once again able to successfully download files, manually and through the trainer manager. Thanks for working on this over the weekend!

Also in the midwest, and I was experiencing the same issues today but they seem to be resolved now. Appreciate you guys looking into it and getting it sorted out!

All good here in Denton Texas. Was able to download at normal speed and the trainers are opening up right away again. Thank you!
