    Thank you for that!

    I tried again and it still hung without starting the download. (I'm in Colorado).
    I set my VPN to the United Kingdom and the download worked right away.

    Thanks Brian, I have submitted this file to Akamai for further investigation. It might be some setting or extension we have installed on our server which can be tweaked. One thing I would like people to try if they have this problem is using a VPN for some other part of the world and see if it resolves the issue. That will help us determine if this is somehow geo-related or maybe tied to a specific datacenter. Thanks.

    Hi from Forney, TX. Having same issue with trainer not downloading. Made sure to disable all antivirus and extensions, reload browser, clear history and cache. I am trying to attach the HAR file. Still learning how to do this. Hopefully this works. Thank you.

    Had same issue:
    could not get trainers I already have to launch
    could not download any trainer from website
    ^ when downloading would get gateway timeout
    "Gateway Timeout
    The proxy server did not receive a timely response from the upstream server.
    Reference #1.560b3017.1638041890.2b663fd9"
    logs looked like router not responding in the chain.

    workaround: logged into my work's vpn, downloads worked fine from there, was able to launch trainers again.

    I continue to have the same timeout issue when trying to download the prepared trainer zip files. I have now tried setting my router's Internet DNS settings to CloudFlare (1.1.1.1), Google (8.8.8.8), and the default Xfinity (75.75.75.75) and I have also tried disabling IPv6 but nothing has worked so far.

    Also, I keep getting logged out of this website without clicking Logout or clearing my cache. This happens randomly but has happened at least a dozen times in the past hour while testing downloads and trying to post an update.
