Feedback, Complaints or Problems

We are honestly not sure why this is happening to a handful of people randomly. The server has plenty of resources (CPU and RAM) so it's not that. Perhaps one of you can create a HAR file the next time it happens so we can see where you are getting "stuck" and try to resolve it.

It might be related but a lot of sites are popping up with Cloudflare Error: 521. Not sure if that could be a problem but just thought I'd mention it.

Working ok here, dloaded several times with no delay.

We are not on Cloudflare any more, but there could be some ISP/routing issues going on around the net.

Here's my har file. From going to the main site until it stops at the grabbing the download link. However it never gets that far.
Hopefully it gets uploaded

I didn't see anything attached so I zipped it up.

What's hb.vntsm.com/? Whatever it is, my browser has been waiting a long time for it to respond.

Don't know if this will be helpful or not, But I switched from Day to Night mode on the site and the trainer downloaded like normal 😐
