I still get crashes at random intervals. Just running, not doing anything significant. Options i use are unlimited health, unlimited stamina, unlimited oxygen, unlimited hold breath sniper weapons, unlimited ammo trade materials use items, no reload, super accuracy, no recoil, no weapon overheat, no supressor overheat and unlimited vehicle health. Sadly as it just randomly happens i have no way to recreate it or know what specific option it is. Or if it's just the game and entirely unrelated to the trainer.
Game is crashing for me as well and I think this has nothing to do with the trainer.
There are a reports of game freezing and crashing to desktop and on some extreme cases even hard resets PC's. Wait for the game patch.
For me it did seem to be vehicle cheat as i haven't had a crash anymore since not using it.

I get insane fps drops randomly too, like I'm running ultra/HD textures at around 80fps.
Then randomly it locks me into 21fps, like 100% locked. Then I just load the most recent autosave, and it goes back to 80fps.
Every single crash has been when I was opening my map, trainer off or on, The trainer has not caused any issue for me at all so far.
I think I know what has been causing the crashes. I installed the HD texture pack last night and since then I've had three crashes. I am reinstalling the game without the pack. I'll post later and let you all know how it goes.
that can be one symptom but not the only one. I never installed the textures and was getting frequent freezes/crashes.
as someone mentioned above, not using the vehicle health has eliminated the crashes for the past 5 hours+ of gameplay. i think this is may be a more common symptom.

I don't think there really is just one answer for the crashes, I believe UBISoft just made a very buggy product.
