I still get crashes at random intervals. Just running, not doing anything significant. Options i use are unlimited health, unlimited stamina, unlimited oxygen, unlimited hold breath sniper weapons, unlimited ammo trade materials use items, no reload, super accuracy, no recoil, no weapon overheat, no supressor overheat and unlimited vehicle health. Sadly as it just randomly happens i have no way to recreate it or know what specific option it is. Or if it's just the game and entirely unrelated to the trainer.
Game is crashing for me as well and I think this has nothing to do with the trainer.
There are a reports of game freezing and crashing to desktop and on some extreme cases even hard resets PC's. Wait for the game patch.
For me it did seem to be vehicle cheat as i haven't had a crash anymore since not using it.
I am having the same issue with the repair tool and I have had to skip that quest. Anyone know which quest it is where you acquire the repair tool?

I just started another playthrough the other day and you get the repair tool when you get your first car from Juan.
Can you use the trainer with solo special operations?
I ran a couple last night with trainer options active, no issues. Just stay away from multiplayer to be safe.
