Hey, can someone explain me the difference between HF1 and HF2?

Is there some sort of distance limit on the teleport to waypoint. I notice it doesnt work all the time but seems to work better when i dont try to teleport too far.
I was actually wondering this myself, as well. It worked for me about 3 times and now I cannot seem to get it to work. I've even tried closer waypoints and still to no avail.
Is there a trick to it, CH crew?
EDIT: Okay, I think I might have found a possible workaround: I've noticed that if I Fast Travel to a location, it "resets" the ability to use the Teleport option. I've also noticed that I could even use the phone to set a waypoint off in the distance and it would teleport me there (almost instantly if you activate the Teleport feature and THEN place a waypoint with the phone). I tried a farther location via the map and it did not work. So maybe distance IS a factor? Also, I noticed that when I was sitting on my horse, the horse showed up right next to me after I teleported. To a water tower.

I've been using teleport for the majority of my 50 hour gameplay. the only times it doesn't work is when trying to teleport to an island like destination on the edges of the map. i don't think that it's a distance issue.
occasionally it doesn't teleport in the main land, at which point, try to travel legit to camp/house and usually actually teleports me to where i was trying to cheat teleport!
no big deal, for the few times it doesn't work... likely a game restriction.
^I actually came back here to mention this.
I just found out that setting a waypoint that was far, activating Teleport, and then Fast Traveling to a nearby location actually put me at the waypoint I wanted to teleport to.
