Yeah, the false positives are something that will always happen, as trainers inherently look a bit like the bad stuff.

While common sense is obviously a good rule, i am still unsure if i want to exclude the folder, as i am still a bit worried that it might be read and exploited by stuff. So i guess is will stay with the temporary disable option for now. Sadly it does not seem like there is an option to trust a digital signature, that CH trainers have for some time now, only the rather generic option that MS defender has. But all that is a small price compared to what the trainers offer.
