Thank goodness it's not just me then. I didn't notice an update but I guess it could have happened. I went ahead and reported the trainer for an update.

i am having this issue with the current trainer and current verrsion matching game version upon activating trainer i get a failed notifaction and this error:
16:40:38: Aliens Fireteam Elite, Version 1.0.1 (STEAM)
16:40:54: Successfully attached to Endeavor-Win64-Shipping
16:40:55: Collect Kit Class Level, Script error in line 3: Cannot find aob for 'Collect_Kit_Class_Level'

I also noticed this last night. and now, this morning I find that there's a total
of 29 reports about this issue, including mine too.

I really wish ColdIron and Focus interactive would cut the CH crew some slack.

I am pretty sure now that the trainer overlay ****ed up steam overlay for this game. I cannot play online anymore because my friend list doesn't load and my in-game name isn't my Steam profile name anymore. Contacted Steam and for them it's clearly a tier-program preventing steam overlay to work properly.

Any chances someone help me please?

Already did that. Now even without having the trainer running, launched or activated Steam Overlay is disabled and I cannot play Online 😓
