Still saying "Website offline" either not starting the trainer or starting it with an offline key.

If you posted this message on the same machine, it sounds like some kind of software is blocking the connection (firewall, etc).

Change DNS to google see if that works better. 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 for alternate.

Offline key will only work if your network/internet connection is completely disabled/absent and you must right click and Run as Administrator on trainer with the .key in the same folder.

no idea then, you may just be SOL. we've done everything we can on our end to mitigate the issue.

Have same problem. At home and at workplace all trainers write WEBSITE IS OFFLINE. There is 2 different places with 2 different internet connections. Have google dns in both places.
