The issue I was personally having was due to my Malware & Network Security software were flagging Cheathappens.com IP Address for "Bad Reputation", which could explain why everyone else is having this issue.

I am working with my software to get the IP Address whitelisted; however I have a successful workaround that everyone can use.

The path I took was using the Offline Key Generator & it worked without any issues

Follow the steps on link step-by-step & it works perfectly - One thing to note is that when you launch the Trainer it will still attempt Online Verification first & give you same message; however it will they say going to "Offline Mode" & then it launched.

This should help everyone & curious to why all of a sudden cheathappens website is getting a "Bad IP Reputation" - I even put my computer in DMZ on my modem & still got it...so overall the IP Address is being flagged

I followed the full set of suggestions, the trainer still says the website is offline. I paid for this several years ago, I can't get an offline key anymore and I am starting to think this is a rotten way to make me pay for premium. Anyway, I'll try it a couple times a week for a while, but this is pretty uncool.

Open a support ticket or contact your ISP. Changing to another DNS should correct it.

I have different 3 ISP - 1 on workspace, 1 at home and 1 when I go to parents. And there is 3 different PCs. In every place all trainers that I download says that website offline. I have google dns at all 3 places.
Problem not in my ISP or my PCs - 3 different ISP and 3 different PCs cant have the same problem.
So problem is yours and U just dont want to fix it.

Try another DNS. The new server should have propagated all over the world by now so it has to be an incorrect setting or old stored information the computers are reading. Maybe addons in the browser being used or the cache and cookies were not completely deleted or cleared properly (must be done for every browser on the machine, on way to know what your default is). Feel free to open a support ticket.
