I was having the same problem.

I'm having trouble getting the acclaim points in game. I can get the money easy, but the APs are not being accepted in game. I type the number in and hit TAB but nothing happens, and I put in a ticket this morning.

Be sure you have or are in a screen where they show in game, and that they match what is displayed in the editor. Then change it, TAB, go back to game leave the menu and go back in to see if the change took.

problem is I don;t which board that is, but I'll check all of them. thank you so much. 🙂

are acclaim points and R&D points the same thing? I was looking for points to upgrade my R&D.

R&D points are a simple 4byte search in Cosmos or memory editor. Enter the upgrade section in career mode search the value you see on screen then upgrade something to change that value, search again the new value and you should find the R&D points, change it to what ever you want. Click on a new department or upgrade and the value in game should update, works for me.
