Okay, did some further tests - but the problem remains. Steps i did now:

- Restart PC
- use clean temp files from trainer manager
- restart PC again
- started the Trainer as admin, then started the game
- Created a new Character and started a new game
- as soon as the first mission started i alt - tabbed out, selected ME3 from the trainer, and then activated the trainer with F1
- played the first mission with Options 1 to 4 enabled
- when the mission finished i arrived til the cut scene with this marine guy when he wants to go back to earth. After this dialogue the first real loading screen triggered and the game crashed again to the launcher.

Don't know what else to do, sorry. Like I've said, the cheats run just fine, and if it would crash without them being activated it would be no problem, but disabling the cheat options doesn't make a difference, as soon as the trainer hooked to the game it crashes in every Loading screen.

I'm having the same problem, Mass Effect 3 crashes as soon as I press F1 to activate the trainer. I've cleaned the folder and run through the usual steps.

Is it me or is ME2 crashing a lot with the trainer active even when no cheats are enabled? Mostly on loading or saving?

Also experiencing the ME3 crashing back to launcher when trainer is activated.

I have deleted the trainer, custom keys, debug folder where the trainer resides and all files in

C:\Users\USERNAMEHERE\AppData\Local\Temp
C:\Users\USERNAMEHERE\Cheathappens\Work
C:\Users\USERNAMEHERE\AppData\Roaming\Cheat Happens\0x90
C:\ProgramData\CheatHappens

I'm also seeing the same type of issues. I'm able to activate the trainer and everything appears to be working however the game crashes out upon hitting the loading screen. I've tried clearing everything out with the same results. Also tried going into task manager and killing the trainer but the same game crash happens.

Yes it continues to work fine, 'til a loading screen comes up. Then it simple freezes.

I was trying this with ME3 today and I'm also have lots of crashing issues, usually happens during a loading screen.

EDIT: Okay, it just happened right in the middle of a mission.

Regarding ME3:
The crashes during a loading screen are completely random. I had now three crashes in a row when activating the trainer at main menu and just clicking on 'Resume'. On the 4th run I've jumped into the game first and then activated the trainer, then I went back to main menu and resumed the game 10 times without a crash. On 5th run I've activated the trainer at main menu again, clicked on 'Resume' again and no crash although previously it always crashed at this point. On the 6th run the same, no crash.

When the game crashes I've monitored my code injections but they were not accessed at all. When I search for 'crash' in Steam forum its mostly ME3 that shows up in search results. I'm not playing the game myself, especially without trainer but it looks like when it crashes it would have been without trainer as well.
