The only option that I can tell is not working is the unlimited shields ( I have tried both with and without a bouns power ). I know this has been an issue for some people for a while and it has been tried to be fixed multiple times so I could just be missing something or I may just be really unlucky. I did do a clean install of everything recently just to make sure it was not a file error, everything is white lisited in my AV software, and I have made exemptions in my fire wall as well.
