Just an FYI. This is the game's fault, and not the trainer (Kasumi's DLC been broken since the original game came out back in 2010).

If any trainer option is on after Kasumi disables Hock's ship, the game will crash. I tried it with five different option on three different machines. Ran into the same issue. Just an FYI.

I can vouch for this issue as I have ran into it myself through several playthroughs.

Aug 07 version. ME3 L game, pressing F1 at splash screen brings up the in game overlay. Pressing the num keys ticks the appropriate box. Shift+insert and ctrl+shift doesn't do a thing, can't select and drag either. Pressing shift+ins brings up the Squad Selection screen. When I get out of their my Shep has a blue electrical field on her body's right side.
    Origin version.
Re tried and activated in game and worked but still got the electrical effect.
I tried latest in Outriders and works fine.
    Thanks

I've never had this issue, from either the original nor the LE version heh.

In ME2, the 'change squad points' option only changes Shephard points, and not the rest of the team. For example, Jane currently have 100 points, but Garrus and Miranda are at 0. Is this normal? Tried the editor too, didn't change anything.

I have this issue also. I have tried the option everywhere, on the normandy, omega, during a mission, and even on the citadel, so far Shepard now has almost 800 some points from trying to many times, but none of the other squadmates get any, they constantly stay at 0 unless they level up then get the normal amount of points to spend. Was just wondering if anyone else had the issue or if it was just me.

To get the squad member points. You first go to the squad page. and have the Squad member picked Not Shepard. then hit the point options. come out of the Squad and then go back in. and your squad member should now have the points and Not Shepard.

I followed this to the letter, and it doesn't work. Squad page, select another member, hit Change Squad Points, exit and go back in. Getting the same results as others with only Shepard getting the points instead.

For the Mass Effect 3 shields option not working for some people, I might have isolated one situation that could cause the shields option to stop working.

Do you have one of the selectable bonus powers on your Shepard (This includes Fortification, Warp Ammo, Armor-Piercing Ammo, Flare, and others)? You can change your Bonus Power in the Medical Bay of the Normandy on the medical bed next to the respec option.

In my experience, the Shields option works perfectly any time your Shepard does NOT have a bonus power assigned, but stops working while Shepard DOES have a bonus power assigned. As this is something that can't be undone (You can't remove bonus powers, only change which one is active), this could explain why this happens at different stages of people's playthroughs.

This is only my experience, though.

Do you have a savegame with Shepard having the bonus power assigned? Then I could take a look at it

Here's one! It's my whole ME3 save folder (Since I figure multiple stages of the game would be helpful and it seems bonus powers unlocked are their own save for the profile).

Save 18 at the Silversun Strip would be easiest to test due to access to the Combat Simulator at the Armax Arsenal Arena, but there's other saves for testing at different stages of the main quest and different access to side quests.

Put the ME3 folder in Documents/Bioware/Mass Effect Legendary Edition/Save

Most of the saves are at major junctions of the story but also have access to the Normandy medical bay for changing bonus powers if you need to for testing purposes.
