Can you download the process explorer from here Link and verify that it shows the same GPU usage on the trainer? I believe that's a bug or whatever in Task Manager. I've seen this before on some other WPF apps but I dont know whats causing it.

Also, do you have two graphic cards? Maybe a processor with an integrated graphic unit?

I have only one GPU and don’t have integrated graphics card. My CPU is i9-10900KF.

    Edit.

Here is my ProcExp64 screenshot, running as admin.

Issue still persists. I can't even control Spotify when trainer is active. Controls are lagging when trainer is active.

This sound as an overloaded machine, even with the highest specs it'll go down as soon as you reach the limits.

When I close trainer it turns to normal. My rig is more than capable of running games, even multiple games at the same time.

In process explorer click on the trainer process and at the bottom you can see all loaded modules. Sort by company name and make a screenshot of all modules which are NOT "Microsoft Corporation".

Here it is. I tried to hide MS processes but I couldn't find a filter for it.

No i want to see the modules, not processes, nor did I said you should right click on it. By default the process explorer shows processes at the top in a list and modules at the bottom of the window after you selected a process. And I want to see the modules of the trainer process (its a huge list you cannot make a single screenshot of even on a 4k resolution. I dont want to see the modules with company name = Microsoft Corporation but everything else).

If there is no modules view on your end make sure View -> "Show lower pane" is checked and View -> Lower Pane View -> modules is checked.
