If anyone else is using the power cheats, it messes with the "Turn off power in the lair" quest. You can get around it by hitting "No power consumption", and then turning something off that uses power. That will cause your power to go to -1 which shuts off everything.

Thanks, I needed to fiddle a bit to get it working, but got there eventually. Need to get it to sit at "Max" power while all power cheat options are OFF before depowering a device, that seems to cause an overflow and you end up at -9,999 power, then just turn it back on when done.
