Again, this game is maniacal to work with. These values appear to be encrypted or likely online, or some disk/server/client thing.
I tried for hours so far to do this to no avail, FYI.

I have also been trying for hours on cosmos for the skills value and I get nothing. Mind you I'm a noob compared to you but is there a specific value type I should be trying?
Do you think I should keep trying, or is it a futile effort?

The points placed in skills work fine, not encrypted at all. Just basic 4 byte searches. I have every skill maxed out at level 4. The points themselves seem server side however.
Skill Points can be done. Don't edit the number you have, edit the number applied to the skill instead =)
Hopefully they can found a way to give us something of that.

You can remove skill points at will. So put one in a skill, search 1. Put a second point, search 2 etc. When the skill is maxed or you run out of points, just reset the points. Put 1 and search 1 again. Repeat until you find the address.
Once you find it, you can change it to something in the negatives to give you free points too. That will allow you to add points to the other skills without searching again. When you're done just change the negative address back to 4 and add one final point to max out that last skill.

I was triying what u said before and it was using my actual skills points, so i found it useless and stopped trying, now that you explain it i will try again.

I tried, i finished with using the skills points that i wanted it work, but at the end, the address/skill that i used to get the free points (with negative value) remains unusable even if i put a positive value or the exact value it had before being negative.

edit: found a way, need to put the exact value it had before being negative, and without change to another TAB, use the last point.
I was swiching the TAB to Resource for the number to show the value changed in cosmos, in the last step to put the negative skill to positive dont need to switch, just put in Cosmos the exacta value it had and use the last point.
Switching TAB caused the last point to be remove.
