Man. ive done everything. I can not for the life of me figure out what is crashing the game when i activate the cheat within the trainer.

Turning those off is not the same as adding an exclusion, looked like a error window popped need to see what that says.

after following the guide you linked me. I found that the error description is this:
Failed with 0x57 retrieving AppModel Runtime status for package Windows.
ErrorCode 87
PackageFullName Windows

I cant get the beginning stages of this to work. I wonder if my windows update messed something up. looks like im going to reformat.

Just use the system file checker above, much faster to repair a damaged windows. Make sure to do both the DISM and SFC command steps.

thats the problem. it uses windows update to fix everything. unfortunately. i think windows update is the thing thats bugged. so only way to fix it is to pull from another source i dont have or reformat. at least thats what this document is telling me
