I used option 6 Display First Place In Race and I still lost the race in the games chapter 5.

same here. I am still stuck at this chapter for 5 hours because I'm playing on Classic difficulty and finally I had to download this trainer and use option 6 but still lose even I'm at position 3 LUL. Will try again.

Keep in mind that when I finally beat the race I was in second lace and close to the end of lap 3 the car in the lead had an accident and that allowed me to win the race. All I can say is keep trying and hopefully you will beat it. If you can get into third place on classic difficulty maybe you should dial it down to easy and then you should be able to dominate the race since you can do as good as third place on classic difficulty.

It's pretty easy to win the race on Classic difficulty TBH.
Before you start your race.
Set the Game speed slider to the max (x16) and turn off Indestructible cars.
Once you started the race, you'll see your position will climb up and your opponents will throw themselves off the map or start clipping on the floor. 😈

I have an issue with the Trainer for Mafia Definitive Edition, not working properly, every time crash or the trainer or the game. I run it with the Administrator, the game running via Steam, I have the latest updates of Windows and GPU. Is there a way to fix it? Thank you in advance!

Not without more info. Get the log from the trainer debug folder and/or the crash info from event viewer.

You've already completed the mission but here is a tip for everyone else having this problem:
Set game difficulty to easy
I lost the race 5 times, then lowered game difficulty from "classic" to "easy" and instantly got 1st place within the 1st lap.
You will lose the "Complete the Game on Classic Difficulty"-Achievement/Trophy, if you change the Difficulty level only once below "Classic". Keep that in mind.
