Sorry if this is a daft question, but never dealt with a game that didn't already have a trainer. What is the usual timeline for one to be created e.g. takes 1 month, 3 months, etc.?

Also, how do you go about gifting a game e.g. if the team didn't have Mafia: Definitive Edition, how would I gift it?

Depends on how many hours it takes for me to re run this GD race over and over until I win it. HOW RIDICULOUS that I have to win this race to continue the game..

is there NO WAY to skip this?
