Did you replace the .exe in the install of MCC with the one provided by the trainer?

I can run MCC with EAC on and the trainers still work. The only thing that's not working is Achievements.

Yup. The achievements wont pop up. Have a skull right at the start of Halo 3 and keep testing on it but the achievement wont pop up.

Are you sure you don't have it already, been several times in days past where I would try for one with no luck only to find it did unlock but with no popup or notifications. There is always S.A.M. picker.

I'll ask Caliber about it so we will just have to wait and see.

ran game, started halo CE with EAC off. ran enabler. toggled enabler on. Noted grunt kills number. Entered mission. killed grunt. dropped back to main menu. checked grunt kills. It increased.

THEN

closed game. started game with EAC off. DID NOT USE ENABLER. noted grunt kills. Entered mission. Killed grunt. dropped back to main menu. Checked grunt kills. Did not increase.

Enabler works, at least for THAT. I cannot check 700 achieves. If they have put a EAC check on all 700 achievements, then that won't be possible for us to get around.

The enabler is likely to be discontinued soon.

faking EAC on from the EAC check function causes crashes so that's not an option.

Ok so here is quick breakdown of things I tried to trigger at least 1 achievement:

Running game on the MCC Launcher that came bundled with trainers by replacing with the original from Steam download folder, running trainer and trying to trigger an achievement on Halo 2 LASO run. Didnt work.
Running game on the MCC Launcher that came bundled with trainers by replacing with the original from Steam download folder, running trainer and trying to trigger an achievement on Halo 2 Terminal. Didnt work.
Tried both the options with the actual Launcher, using Halo Achievement Enabler and trainer. Didnt work.
Deleted profile from C>User Name>App Data>Roaming and re-running the trainer and trying the trainer for Halo 3. Still no Achievement.

Trainer works 100% but it doesnt unlock achievements like in the version prior to the Season 6 update. I feel like bashing my head. 😭 Should have completed all the LASO runs back then.

Also, using SAM unlocks achievements only on Steam, not on XBOX. Previously, using the Halo Achievement Enabler allowed achievements to pop up for both Steam and XBOX.

Guess this isnt changing anytime soon and a lot of achievements are tied up to very hard LASO Playlists.

I started Halo MCC (Steam) with the CH launcher and the steam function without protection. Nothing works. A shame and stupid EAC.
