Thank you for the GamePass update, but unfortunately I still cannot get the inventory amount editor to work. I am running in windowed mode (both plain windowed and windowed exclusive modes) and it does not work.
Since it is in Alpha I am not pressing for an update request (I submitted the prior update request due to the Steam version being updated to the new release but not the GP), as I am assuming this game is going to go through a lot of changes prior to release. I just wanted to make you aware that the new update did not fix the inventory problem, at least for me.

Please delete the trainer, custom keys, debug folder where the trainer resides and all files in
C:\Users\USERNAMEHERE\AppData\Local\Temp
C:\Users\USERNAMEHERE\Cheathappens\Work
C:\Users\USERNAMEHERE\AppData\Roaming\Cheat Happens\0x90
C:\ProgramData\CheatHappens

Reboot PC to clear excess memory, get a fresh copy of latest trainer and extract it. Run trainer as admin, read the instructions and try again. At times, a new game may be needed to resolve failed options if the data in your save file was altered. Use on a new game and test the option. If it now works, quit to main menu and load your save and try it again. May also need to run the game without the trainer first and play a bit so the save file gets updated to use possible new values. This typically will resolve the issue.
This cleaner is also part of the new Cheat Happens Trainer Manager 2.0, it is found in the settings and has an easy to use one button click feature.

Thank you CyPHeR369, I did all that and still the inventory issue remains. I tried windowed and windowed fullscreen, but cannot get the inventory change option to work. Again, not pushing for an update since everything else works fine. I just wanted to alert you to the issue, and maybe someone has found a workaround to it (community love).
The most of the trainer ist working but the (selected Item Inventory Amount) dosen't work!? The number it jumps i can't change . ???
Try with game in windowed mode.
