No retardation here, pal! The cheathappens team has to approve each submitted option for voting before it shows up on the polls.
This way they can filter out things that aren't even possible or don't make any sense.
Once they evaluate the feasibility of the requested options you should see a poll up, assuming they can do what we're asking.

Means you can collect the materials from any of the locations that is linked to the network, under claim materials, usually these are finite with the option on they will be always available, the only problem is getting from A to B.

Would instantly building and upgrading stuff be a thing that is possible? It's a bummer having to run to safe houses to get materials for roads and stuff.

Teleportation is available from base to base, so maybe it is possible though adding a ton of ziplines is fun.
I dunno if the nature of the way items and resources are stored and used to craft or upgrade structures would inhibit no resource crafting or upgrading.
I have nothing against these suggestions, but I'm surprised no one has mentioned unlimited reloads for firearms. Personally, I would love to run around incapacitating enemies or removing BTs with assault rifles.
